Returns & Exchanges
* Window: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
* Condition: To be eligible, jewelry must be unworn, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
* Exclusions: Due to hygiene and customization, earrings and custom-sized or bespoke commissions are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
* Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. It is highly recommended to use a trackable shipping service, as I cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
* Processing: Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Damages & Repairs
I take great pride in the durability and structural integrity of my work. If your item arrives damaged or experiences a functional failure due to a crafting defect within the first 60 days, please contact me immediately for a complimentary repair or replacement.
Notes for Your Shop
* International Orders: For customers outside the U.S., please note that any customs duties or VAT paid at the time of delivery are non-refundable.
* Sale Items: Items purchased during a clearance or "Seconds" sale are considered final sale.
